Our Refund Guarantee
If you're not satisfied for any reason, you're entitled to a prompt and courteous refund.
To receive any refund under this guarantee, you must contact us to request a refund.
If you request a refund under this guarantee you'll receive a refund to the limit of your purchase price only. The refund period is calculated to begin 30 days after a request is received.Items that are eligible for refund under this guarantee are:
- Web Hosting
- Search Engine Optimization
- SEO Maintenance
- Website Design
- Website Maintenance
- Confidential Internet Intelligence Manuscript by Mark Joyner
Products excluded from this guarantee include:
- Any third party services
- domain name purchases,
- registrations, transfers or renewals
- Deposits
Refunds will not be applied to accounts that are past-due.
Refunds will not be given for services that are cancelled before the stated guaranteed terms are fulfilled.
No refund will be issued for web hosting accounts that are terminated by the network provider for violations of their Acceptable use and terms & conditions agreements.
Refunds will only be made to the name, address, and credit card account on file.
In the event of legal action, the disputed money can be left with a reputable law office to hold until such time as the dispute is settled or the contract expires. Should this route be pursued, the client is responsible for any legal fees incurred. The jurisdiction of the case will be in the country of Antigua and Barbuda.
